As most of us are feeling the real pressures of life, a basic yet important need is emerging within us: the need to truly take care of ourselves and find balance in our lives. However, finding balance in life can be very difficult if we feel bombarded by stress and fear. So what can we be doing to achieve that balance, to find relief and peace? Here are a few tips you can use in your daily life:
Positive Visualizations and Affirmations – practiced before falling asleep and directly upon awakening (the strongest way, besides hypnosis, to get them into the subconscious mind). Focus upon, say, and visualize what you want to attract into your life rather than what you’re stressing about. This is also a good way to achieve better sleep at night. What you drop into your mind before falling asleep can directly affect your sleep patterns.
Being in Stillness– life is fast and we need to find the time to be still and breathe deeply even if it’s just for 10 to 15 minutes a day. It’ll help to re-energize and re-focus you, as well as, increase awareness.
Practice Gratitude – the more we focus on the positive in our lives the more grateful we become. It’s that simple. If we focus on fear we become more afraid.
Move Forward – literally, move your body, exercise, go for a walk. The release of endorphins is vital to our health and well-being. Also, take action steps towards those things you wish to change or improve in your life, i.e. work, income, relationships. Be creative; get out of your comfort zone.
Be in Nature – sit outside, look at a tree or the sky, walk on the grass. Energetically it is important for us to spend some time outdoors.
Adopt a New Matra – “I absolutely refuse to participate in a recession.”
I understand and appreciate the circumstances people are contending with; the stress and fear energy around us is palpable. But, we don’t have to be a part of that energy. If you’re looking for change and need help finding balance in your life then you’re reading this for a reason. Consider working with a professional who can help you achieve your goals and find that balance that you seek.
