The 17th annual benefit Wine Auction, “Flavors of Life,” was held on Saturday, September 27 at the Mann Biomedical Park in Valencia. The event’s proceeds went to the Santa Clarita Center’s Home Delivered Meals as well as other related programs. Guests enjoyed an internationally diverse five-course buffet provided by Be A Guest catering.
In addition to great food, guests were also entertained by a live jazz quartet from Tony Capko Entertainment. Guests had the chance to bid on numerous live and silent auction items, including a day with SWAT, who delighted guests when they reinacted a rescue complete with helicopter landing.
The Santa Clarita City Council who served as the night’s honorary chair, former Mayor Jo Anne Darcy and all the guests who attended helped make this a pleasant and successful day.
