Cruise into 2009 at LETMESAIL’s 2nd Annual New Year’s Eve Bon Voyage Ball, title sponsored by Poole and Shaffery Attorneys at Law. Since this gala extravaganza sold out last year, you won’t want to ‘miss the boat’ by delaying in making your reservations!
Held at the Hyatt Valencia, this fabulous party, beginning at 7 p.m. on December 31, promises to be the biggest and best party in town! Guests will enjoy delicious food, including hand-passed hors d’oeuvres, a four-course dinner, and a scrumptious dessert bar. The swinging music provided by the “Bump City Band” is sure to get party-goers wanting to dance all night long!
Casino game tables featuring poker, blackjack, roulette and craps will extend to the foyer as well as the adjacent Valencia Room, to ensure everyone can receive lots of raffle tickets for chances to win amazing gift baskets when they cash-out. A strolling magician will provide dazzling slight-of-hand close up magic wonder. Free complimentary photographs provided by O’Connor Photography will capture you looking your best in your formal attire. To ring in the New Year, there will be midnight festivities with a balloon drop, hats, noisemakers and of course plenty of champagne!
This year, LETMESAIL is inviting guests to choose one of several purchase options:
• Individual tickets at $175 or a Couples Party Package at $300. Price includes dinner, party festivities, complimentary casino cash and a professional photo.
• Couples Party and Hotel Package at $450. Price includes dinner, party festivities, complimentary casino cash, a professional photo and a room at the Hyatt Valencia.
• After-Dinner Party Package at $75 each or $125 per couple. Price includes access to dancing, casino gaming, dessert bar, and midnight festivities.
Proceeds from the New Year’s Eve Bon Voyage Ball will support LETMESAIL’s life-enhancing social, recreational, and educational programs for teenagers and adults with disabilities. This rapidly growing non-profit organization currently serves over 200 participants with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, hearing and vision impairments, and physical, medical, and intellectual disabilities.
