The Family Day Care Association of the SCV held their annual Installation and Awards Ceremony Night at Wolf Creek in the banquet room on Tuesday, January 13. It was a dress up affair with a Hollywood themed night of glamour and glitz. Complete with red carpet, fancy pictures, confetti and formal attire, the “Oscars” were awarded to incoming officers and board members for 2009 by guest celebrity actor James Edson. New leaders installed were: President: Mary Gregory; Vice President: Jennifer Pearlstein; Treasurer: Nancy Hamilton; Secretary: Kathryn DeRosa; Newsletter Editor: Ann Koretz and Board Members are: Debbie Estes, Vicky Cooke, Reba Fahar and Ann Koretz.

The association would like to thank CCRC and Matt Gregory of Keller Williams for being corporate sponsors in 2009. Matt Gregory gave many financial donations over the year and also paid for the awesome presentation and raffle gifts at Installation. The winner of the 50/50 raffle was member Beckie Warloe who earned around $85.
