Dear Patient,
In this time of economic uncertainty, we are doing our part to help make things better for you and your family. We know that it’s been a tough year for many people and we are all looking for ways to help each other. Here’s how we’re helping our patients and how we can all help each other.
What we’re doing to help you:
• $100 off a New Patient Exam and x-rays
• No increase in our dental fees
• Extension of our 50 percent off Zoom!® teeth whitening and free enrollment in our “Bright for Life” program until June 30, 2009.
• Interest-free payment option for up to 12 months on approved credit. Dr. Poitras pays a fee to Citibank to allow our patients to make monthly payments for up to one year without interest. Of course, some restrictions may apply so call us for details.
What you can do for yourself? Make and keep your hygiene appointments. Small problems caught early stay small. Let’s get them taken care of before they become bigger and more expensive.
Make your appointments early in the year. Many companies are reducing employee benefits as a way to curb costs. If you still have insurance with your employer, use it before you lose it. If your insurance is on an incentive plan, keep your hygiene appointments and get that extra 10 percent coverage next year. Each plan is different, so call us for help with yours.
Get your smile working for you! Every advantage in your professional life is important now, so call us for that free smile consultation.
What you can do for each other? Keep your scheduled appointment or give at least 48 hours notice if you must cancel. The expense of missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can be considerable. Help keep costs down by making that courtesy phone call.
If you are in a position to manage it, plan your dentistry in as few visits as possible. Again, this is an overhead-saving measure that keeps costs down.
Encourage each other to keep those New Year’s resolutions to stay healthy and happy. Congratulate each other on your successes. And smile! It really is contagious.
