Owners Jamie and Francine Alba have rolled out the red carpet for the community of Valencia – Monday through Thursday, lunch and dinner; guests will enjoy a variety of top selling entrees now priced at just $6.50 to $8, including a delicious Caesar Salad, Chopped Chicken or Salami Salad, Angel Hair Pomodoro, Grilled Shrimp Panini, Chicken Parmesan, Cheese Pizza and Penne Marinara.

Life Foods by Sisley was created to meet the dietary needs of friends and family who had sworn off meat or just needed healthier options, though they still craved the taste and texture of the comfort food. “We spent months in our test kitchens perfecting these vegetarian dishes. You would swear it was the real thing!” states owner Francine Alba.
“Our food is prepared fresh to order with fresh herbs, homemade sauces, and desserts made daily in our in-house bakery,” states Jamie Alba, co- owner of Sisley Italian Kitchen. “We take great pride in creating dishes from scratch.
We are especially excited to share our new vegetarian menu with our guests. Many of these meals have no cholesterol, and no trans fats, and are all made with soy and wheat protein – helping make staying healthy and thin a breeze.
Vegetarian dishes new to the Sisley Italian Kitchen menu include Chicken Salad served atop mixed baby greens with toastettes, the Classic Chicken Parmesan served with penne marinara, Chicken Marsala and Chicken Picata over acini de pepe and spinach, and Sautéed Sirloin with sautéed vegetables in a plum glaze with baby greens. All of these entrees are 100 percent vegetarian and made with soy and wheat protein. You won’t believe it’s not meat!

When we looked at expanding to Valencia 16 years ago, we met with new residents, business owners, and city officials.
