Randal G. Winter will make an appointment to visit you in your home and help you evaluate your project needs and design. Once he has determined your requirements he will return to his office where he will prepare an itemized estimate for you to review. If the estimate fits your budget and you are ready to proceed, then he will schedule your project and give you a written agreement with a firm price, start and completion date.
