celebrity 4.pngMamarazzi here, with the Hollywood scoop in Santa Clarita.  It was certainly a star-studded month as actors and athletes were seen around our Valley!
Pro golfer Frank“Fuzzy” Zoeller, Jr. was seen dining at Salt Creek Grille in Valencia with REO Specialist for RE/MAX Carol Anderson.  “Fuzzy” is one of three professional golfers to have won The Masters in his first appearance.  In 1984, he also won the U.S. Open and received the Bob Jones Award in 1985. Thank you, Sheryl, for the photo!

He’s the handsome public defender on TNT’s Raising the Bar, played Detective John Clark, Jr. on the hit television series, NYPD Blue, and Richard “Dickie” McDonald on Commander in Chief.  You may even recognize him as Saved by the Bell’s teen hearthrob, Zack Morris.  I spotted Mark-Paul Gosselaar at the Dancing With Our Stars event at the Hyatt Valencia.   He was very polite and was kind enough to snap a photo with me.

A few weeks back, Hannah Montana’s Mitchel Musso was seen in the CD section at Best Buy in Santa Clarita.  Saugus resident, Riley Bennett spotted the young actor.  Mitchel is most known for his role as Oliver in Hannah Montana.  He also starred in the movie Secondhand Lions in 2003 alongside his brother Marc.  Mitchel recently took the role of Cleatis Poole in Disney’s Hatching Pete.

And guess who was seen strolling in the Westfield Valencia Town Center?  Stevenson Ranch resident, Kayla Nathanson, spotted actor Jeff Conoway at the Food Court in the mall the other day.  “We stopped and talked to him. He and his girlfriend were super nice,” said Kayla.   Jeff is best known for his role as Kenickie in the movie Grease.  He has also starred as Bobby Wheeler in the television series, Taxi, as well as Zack Allan in Babylon 5.

It’s no surprise that Santa Clarita is known as Hollywood’s back lot as multiple television shows and movies are filmed out here.  The pilot for Sons of Tuscon was filmed near the vacant Mervyn’s building in Santa Clarita.   Thank you, again, to Valencia resident, Craig Newman for the sighting!   celebrity 3.png
