Summertime is officially coming to a close in a few weeks as kids head back to school and vacations wind down. Let’s get back to our normal routine, but this time, try it with a twist. For instance, how about a night out with friends to shop and have fun, but add some spice? It’s time for you to indulge, stretch, grow and enjoy. Forget about the suburban mall scene. Try an evening of creativity with the creative. ROOMS & BLOOMS has discovered many local artists and creators of beauty. We want to bring them to you as you shop and create a vision. Starting in August we will be having an open house — trunk show — boutique. Think of it as a “Create-a-thon.” Local decorative artists will be there to show their wares and talk about their work. We will also have creative stations set up. There you can jump start, exercise or stimulate your own source of creative power. You, as a guest, can touch, question or just plain shop with friends. Drinks and snacks will be offered so no one needs to suffer. A good time will be had by all. You deserve it. It’s been a long hot summer of doing for others.
