Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and Superior Life Support offer free adult CPR classes on the third Thursday of each month. The class provides instruction on how to perform CPR in adults and how to help a choking adult. Classes are one hour long and open to anyone who wants to learn CPR but does not need to be certified.
