New World Dance – a lively ballet performance of Sleepy Hollow you will never forget.
Psycho’s Fun House – Crazy clowns are lurking around every corner in an intense clown maze with attitude.
Chewy’s Pirate Cove – Arrr mateees!  Dare ye landlubbers to visit the pirate ship “Chewy.”

Haunted Village -The Haunted Houses that you will see are very old, very dark and very scary.

Desperado’s Haunted Hay Ride – Feel the terror as rest your feet and hit the trail down through the haunted woods.  Beware of the horse Riding Dead, ready to fill you full of Lead!

Nightmares of the Newhall Ranch House – Known as SCV’s authentic Haunted House full of paranormal activity.  The Lady in Blue resides here and known as the children’s caretaker but beware of Kolekulus, a visiting entity who is a seeker of souls.

In addition to the above, we also host Hart Park Events including: a pumpkin carving split into two groups – ages 10 and under and 11 and up.  There will be 200 free pumpkins to the first 200 contestants.  Contestants can bring in their own pumpkins if they wish, no size limit.  The Girl Scouts of America will be helping with the carving and the registration of the pumpkins.  Burrtec Disposal Co. will recycle all trash.  The pumpkins are provided by a generous donation from Albertsons!  The pumpkins will be taken to the Hart Ranch House and put on display.  At 7:30 p.m. that evening there will be a lighting ceremony and awards will be given out.  First prize winners will have their pictures taken and put into the Signal Newspaper.

Halloween Bug Show – Entomologist Brent Karner of the Natural History Museum will be presenting Scary Bugs of Halloween at Hart Hall.  Frank Hoffman of The Placerita Canyon Wildlife Reserve will be doing “Creatures of the Night Show” at Hart Hall.  The Friends of Hart Park will be giving tours of Hart Mansion and Museum Various times throughout the event.  Al Ewing will be Spinning a few discs to provide some music at Hart Park
Heritage Junction Events:

Heritage Haunt Back Stage Tours – See how a high tech haunt is made and ran using all of tricks of the trade.  You will be taken through the Newhall Ranch House (a real ghost house) and Maze and given a daytime non-scary show.  Tours meet at the Newhall Ranch House every 30 minutes.  Paul Thompson of Make Up Designory (MUD) will be doing a Make-up seminar to show you some Hollywood make up secrets for Halloween in the Pardee House.  Haunted Hay Ride Tour, this year we will have a Haunted Hayride that will start at Hart Hall and make a stop at the Saugus Train Station and then go into the Haunted Campgrounds.  There will also be entertainment on the hayride.  We have guitar and banjo musicians performing.  The California Desperado’s will be Haunting the Campground.  In a some what non-scary event (keep your hands where they can see ‘em partner) New World Dance Production will be performing Sleepy Hollow Ballet at the Saugus Train Station.  Come early if you want to get a seat.  Michele Buttleman’s Showdown Children’s Productions will be performing a Halloween-themed Show at the Saugus Train Station.

The American Paranormal Research Association (APRA) will be showing how they use their equipment to Ghost Hunt and show some of their finding from the Heritage Junction Houses.  Show times vary at the Saugus Train Station.  The SCV Historical Society will be giving tours of the homes at the Junction.  The tour time will be posted at the Saugus Train Station Platform.  There will also be haunt characters wandering the streets of the Junction for non-scary pictures.  The Saugus Train Station Museum will be open for viewing throughout the event.  Jesse James will be spinning Halloween Hits at the Junction.  Live music will be provided by John Bergstrum and some special guests.
