Since first opening their doors almost 20 years ago, the folks at Sisley Italian Kitchen have done more than craft one of the finest dining experiences the Santa Clarita valley has to offer. They grew as our community expanded, they thrived as we became one of the most desired cities to raise a family in. They eventually became our family kitchen, playing host to everything from first dates to farewell goodbyes, Little League championships to corporate board meetings. From the beginning they gave back in innumerable ways, from the philanthropic to the family friendly “kids eat free” offers. Despite the success, they proved unsatisfied. These inventive creations resulted from a collaboration between ownership and up-and-coming chefs who meet weekly to re-interpret obscure old-world recipes modifying them or in some cases (such as the formerly known “peasant dishes”) preserving their authenticity to provide a singular culinary experience. Jamie and Francine Alba have studied nutrition and holistic nutrition since 1980, and, in case you didn’t know: have only pure olive oils as the base of their recipes and cooking procedures! No restaurant or industrial lard goes into their cooking!
Their theory is that hidden sugars and fats are the real enemy to health and weight issues, so they cook in the old fashioned, home-style manner.
Join in the community fun with the coloring book contest. Winners make their own pizzas! And for the more serious artists, Sisley is allowing local artisans to expose their talent, on a display wall for one month at a time!
