He is four months old and unable to understand the unfortunate reasons he has to be in a new environment. With kindness and nurturance available by Inner Circle Foster and Adoptive parents, this child will find the protection and comfort he requires. Because of the work done at Inner Circle’s Foster Family Agency, this boy’s family can face their problems and begin their own recovery. Another baby, a girl, is awaiting a family that can help her deal with being exposed to the drugs that her mother took during pregnancy. This little person has yet to understand the workings of her own little body and mind. However, with appropriate training, Inner Circle’s foster parents know how to respond to the needs of a vulnerable infant. Nothing compares to the sweetness of these babies who find parents who are willing to do whatever it takes to help. Inner Circle wants to be the agency that people turn to when a family is having difficulties and is dealing with a crisis.
