Betty Ferguson Foundation (BFF) Mes Amies womens’ group will be winding down after the Woman Of Honor (WOH) Dinner with a little fun and games night at the next gathering on September 21 at 7 p.m.
BFF is a non-profit organization whose mission is to Train, Develop and Empower Women and Youth to be a Vital Force in Society. They have mastered several ways of doing this. Mes Amies (My Friends) is one of the ways that BFF connects women to each other and their community. Mes Amies meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the BFF offices.
Mes Amies gatherings can be sometimes informative, energetic, include social awareness, educational, meeting special people and other times just down right fun! After all the planning and effort of what is sure to be a successful WOH for 2010, the September meeting will be a hit with Fun & Games night. Whether it’s Pictionairy or Apples to Apples, or Charades, it is sure to be a good time! We’ll have games, door prizes, pizza and popcorn. And maybe, even a Hersheys’ kiss or two to help keep score of what Mes Amies lady has the lead in the game of the moment!
