Seventh grader and Santa Clarita resident Andrew Olafsson sighted actors Mark Harmon and Cote de Pablo on the set of NCIS. Prior to acting, Mark had a career as a collegiate football player with the UCLA Bruins.
After college, he began acting, starring on television shows and films such as Ozzie’s Girls, St. Elsewhere, Chicago Hope, and many more. Mark currently plays the role of Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs on the hit television series NCIS, now in its eighth season. Starring with Mark is Chilean-American recording artist and actress Cote de Pablo. Cote plays the role of Ziva David, an Israeli Liaison Officer on NCIS. Cote has also graced the theater stage and made her debut in Broadway’s The Mambo Kings.
A few months back, Santa Clarita resident Taylor Elgin spotted teen actress Raven Goodwin at Westfield’s Valencia Town Center. Raven plays the recurring role of Ivy Wentz on the Disney Channel Original Series Good Luck Charlie. “She was really nice,” states Taylor. She also plays the main role of Becca on the ABC Family original series Huge.
Stand-up comedian, actor and television host Dave Coulier was seen at Marie Callender’s in Valencia last month, performing a show for J.R.’s Comedy Club. Dave is well-known for his role as the funny Uncle Joey Gladstone on the hit ABC sitcom Full House which ran from 1987 until 1995. Dave also hosted America’s Funniest People and World’s Funniest Videos to name a few.
