We have all woken from a dream and tried our hardest to remember what happened but given up with little success. But what if remembering dreams didn’t have to be an eternal struggle between memory and subconscious? This is where Dr. Renee Coleman comes in. As a certified Dream Tender, she is the key to helping you remember and build a lasting relationship with your dreams.
Renée Coleman earned her Mythological Studies doctorate (with an emphasis on Depth Psychology) at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara in 2002. In her private practice she works with dreams from an archetypal, depth- perspective. She helps her patients navigate through the many twists and turns of their dreamtime. Using a holistic, embodied approach when working with dreams, she mindfully guides souls from all around the world.
Dr. Coleman can help you discover the mythic story written on your soul and show you how these stories fit into your big picture. She explains, “My goal is to help individuals remember and display the stories that are written on their souls and to help them find ways to contribute this storied uniqueness to the ongoing creation of the world”.
After working with patients, she explains they will “learn to handle their dreams, tending them carefully and discreetly, stepping back so the images can come forward to reveal themselves. As these images bring a sense of internal fate, they also bring an awareness of internal necessity and its limitation. A mutual caring envelopes, as they start to feel responsible to the images and for them. Working with dreams this way teaches them how to companion themselves in perhaps the deepest way possible.”
