The City of Santa Clarita’s annual Cowboy Festival was recognized with three prestigious awards from the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) during their Pinnacle Awards Ceremony last week. The Cowboy Festival received a Gold Award for Best Promotional Brochure, a Silver Award for Best Event Website and a Bronze Award for Best Commemorative Poster.
The IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards represents the hallmark of excellence in the festivals and events industry. Entries in every budget category, from every corner of the globe, are recognized as the best in the business while raising the standards and quality of media promotions and events across the board. The professional competition draws entries from among the world’s top festivals and events.
“A lot of hard work and talent goes into putting on our annual Cowboy Festival and being recognized for those efforts is a great honor,” said Mayor Laurene Weste.
