Currently more then five million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease and 78 million baby boomers are at risk unless we find a way to change the course of this disease.  The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
On October 19, Summerhill Villa will be hosting “Summerhill Soiree” to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.  Summerhill is excited to be partnering with DiMaggio Washington, Certified Sommelier and Proprietor of The Cellar, Wine Bar and Restaurant.  Our Soiree will include Wine, Hors d’oeuvres, a Wine Tasting Guessing Game, a Silent Auction, and Raffles.  For your listening pleasure, enjoy classy and sophisticated jazz music by Pramik Entertainment.  For your convenience, valet parking will be provided.
Pre-sale tickets for Summerhill Soiree are $35 each or $60 per couple, and $40 the evening of the event.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Our Soiree will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19.  We hope you will join us for a special evening.  Together we will raise our glasses, as we raise awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
If you’d like to make a donation to our Silent Auction or Raffle, purchase tickets, or need further information, please contact Stacey Zwirn or Mary Dembkowski with Summerhill Villa at 661-254-9933, or e-mail: marydembkowski@mbk.com.
