Forever Geisha Japanese Fusion Restaurant boasts all the delights of cultural Japanese cuisine as well as new and exciting dishes that will keep you palette singing praises for days.  Somewhat familiar with Forever Geisha, I was especially looking forward to this particular review to see what new items they had in store for me.  Beginning with something I truly enjoy, the Miso Soup was bursting with flavor… and tons of fluffy tofu, which I simply love!  Warm and delightful, this was the perfect way to begin my dining experience.
The next dish to make its way to me was the delicious appetizer, Asparagus Beef ($9.95).  Tender and flavorful beef wrapped around fresh and crisp asparagus made each bite pure joy.  Laid on a bed of greens tossed with a miso vinaigrette, this opener is a must have!  Beautifully appealing, the Poki Ball($8.95) is spicy albacore, crab, green onions and tempura flakes wrapped delicately in a fan of avocado, Masago and splashed in special sauce.  This dish was so beautiful I almost felt bad breaking up the delicate pieces that wrapped the tempting treat inside.  I did say almost, right?  My goodness was this dish fantastic.  A huge lover of avocado, the Poki Ball satisfied every desire I had at the moment.  I think I may have entered a food come for a moment due to the sheer bliss.  If you have a slight aversion to avocado I must insist that you order this the next time you dine out. It’s simply perfect, just delicious!
The Sexy Salmon($8.95) is a roll I have enjoyed before and was pleased to sample again.  Salmon, avocado and crab fill a thin cucumber wrap, then splashed with special sauce to complete this customer favorite roll.  One of the no seaweed rolls, this is another delight in the vast menu at Geisha.  Washing down all of the goodness I consumed came very easy when I was treated to a glass of Japanese Wine.  Bold and fruity, the pomegranate wine warmed by stomach as the smile on my face grew from ear to ear.  It was a delicious treat to add to my meal.
Something new at Geisha, the Million Dollar Roll($8.95) absolutely lived up to its name!  Spicy, tangy and bursting with flavor, this roll’s sweet and spicy sauce complimented the fresh ingredients compiling it.  Shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, crab, avocado and cucumber are then wrapped in seaweed topped with tuna and salmon, then doused in chef’s special sauce, all to be torched to perfection right before it meets your table.  I can see why this is a customer favorite at Geisha.  This is exactly what I was looking forward to!
Another fun and “Valentine friendly” roll I was delighted to try was the Pink Panther Roll($8.95).  Now I may be partial to this one because spicy tuna is one of my favorites, but the pink fish flakes just won me over.  Each bite was a mouthful of fresh and spicy goodness followed by a smile from the fun-themed color.  The last thing I have to mention before I run out of space is the What’s Up Roll($8.95).  What’s up is the next time you enjoy a meal at Geisha you must order this roll!  Spicy albacore inside with seared albacore, green onion, Masago and special sauce make this roll fresh and clean on your palette.  The dish is so light in flavor and texture that you will finish the entire thing before you know it.
Along with their fresh sushi, sashimi and many cooked items, Forever Geisha is sure to have something for everyone.
