Open since December, the idea of bringing Big City dining the Santa Clarita Valley was conceived in 2007. Tired of driving to the West side for great restaurants, long time Santa Clarita Valley residents and business owners, Mark Oliver, Jae Seo, James and Janus Tanner, Dr. Chace Unruh, and Dr. Michael Corben wanted to create a first class fine dining experience combined with a fun place for adults to hang out with friends and enjoy a drink, without being inundated with the “club scene” crowd or listening to the same music from the same band.
After two years of refining the concept, Sake Bistro & Lounge was born.
The small plates menu is based on the current trends that are occurring in New York City and San Francisco. You can enjoy amazing creative dishes, served in portions that encourage sharing and exploration, all at affordable prices from $5 to $18.
Prepared by the city’s only All Cordon Bleu Chef Staff, the Bistro menu features the finest steaks, seafood and more using only the best ingredients. Everything is freshly made, from scratch. From sauces, purees, pastries, chocolate, even their ketchup is made especially for you.
With beautifully plated dishes, the sushi is the best you will find. Prepared in stunning fusion style by the former head sushi chefs from the Ritz Carlton LA Live and Gordon Ramsey’s London Hotel, you’re getting Nobu quality sushi at Santa Clarita prices.
The Bar features classic and creative cocktails, all “old school long pour”, a minimum of 1 ¾ shots. Their premium well consists of Bombay Gin, Mount Gay Barbados Rum, Svedka Vodka, Jim Beam and more. Why? Because that’s the way to make a real drink.
