They wanted to go above and beyond the traditional tastes of Southeast Asian cuisine and present newer and more exciting dishes.
Mix bold flavors with sweet, salty and sour and you’ve got the dynamic tastes of these beautifully fused dishes. Executive Chef Chate Sriporn has more than 10 years of cooking experience. Originally from Thailand, Chef Chate has worked at different Los Angeles restaurant, as well as Saugus’ Jasmine Thai. Fusing new and bold flavors with classic tastes of Southeast Asia, Chef Chate enjoys presenting new dishes to the community. From old Siam Thai-style beef noodle soup to a perfectly seasoned tender brisket, there is much to choose from at Zapp. From classic soft egg noodles with garlic to the popular Thai street food stir-fry, you won’t be disappointed.
The ambiance at Zapp is as exciting as the flavors of the food. Walls are painted a beautiful orange, with comfortable booths and tables, complete with Buddhas, making the restaurant a fun, chic and relaxing place to dine.

Zapp Simply Asian is located at 23360 Valencia Boulevard, Suite H in Valencia. They are open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.
