Locally owned and operated, Sam and and his wife Natalie Ozuna believe that quality comes first. “We stay on the job until it’s completed,” states Sam and Natalie. “As owners, we are on the job daily and can be reached at any time. We want our customers to know we are here for them and we will promptly get back to them with any questions or concerns they may have.” Sam has been licensed since March of 1989 and in the business since 1979, working with his father Ernest Ozuna and uncle Hector Ramos. Sam holds a B, C-53 and C-27 licences, B-General Contractor/Builder, C-53 Swimming Pools, C-27 Landscape/Hardscape. With Sam overseeing each project and on the job site daily and Natalie in the office to ensure customer satisfaction, together they make a great team-dedicated and committed to their customers.
