Hello to both of my readers, something amazing happened to me.  I better start this from the beginning.  A few weeks back I met this very nice lady.  She was gorgeous, and we met on a Sunday morning for what else, a coffee date.  It went so well we continued on with lunch, and later for dinner.  We got together every day that week, and on Friday we both had the day off and went to breakfast.  Now this is where it really takes off.  After breakfast with no plans, she looked at me with her beautiful green eyes and said, let’s just go to Vegas for the weekend.  That not only surprised me, it shocked me a little.  I thought about it and said, why not.  Now as we are driving into Vegas I mention staying at the Venetian.  She was all for that.  So we get our room, and when we went inside, it was just incredible.  The bed was round; there was a bar, a full size kitchen, and a huge Jacuzzi.  We decided to unwind in the room for a little while… if you know what I mean.  That night we went to a fabulous nightclub, and danced the night away.  Saturday was more of the same.  We were dancing that night when she whispered in my ear, something that totally shocked me.  I backed away and looked in her eyes, and knew she was serious.  She had said that since we are already here in Vegas, why not just get married.  So many things raced through my mind.  I also thought of when Britney Spears got married here, but then got it annulled right away, but I figured what the heck, I could just do that too.  So I said, “Let’s go for it.”  We drove down the strip until we saw an Elvis chapel, and decided that was the place for us.  There is nothing like an Elvis preacher marrying you, and then singing, “I can’t help falling in love with you.”  So now we get back to the Venetian for our Wedding night, and the Concierge knew what we just did.  He waves me over and says congratulations, handing me a new set of room keys saying compliments of the house, the Honeymoon suite.  That night was amazing.  The next morning I awoke and looked at my new bride.  She opened her eyes and said she had never been happier.  I felt the same way.  Now we are living happily ever after.  Oh yeah I forgot the most important thing, April Fools!
Seriously though, most of us are pretty set in our day-to-day lives, and are afraid to just be spontaneous.  Sometimes a spur of the moment idea could be just what the love doctor ordered.
