The Wham-O Has Heart™ Foundation will throw the first ever Fun-Raiser on Saturday, June 18. This philanthropic organization dedicated to improving lives of children in the United States and around the world will host the event furthering this cause.  Proceeds will benefit children in Japan who are victims of the recent earthquake and resulting tsunami.
Since its inception in early 2010, Wham-O Has Heart™ has participated in toy donation trips around the world and while this event will be held here at home, it will have the affected children of Japan in mind.  With silent and live auctions, cocktails and dinner, the Fun-Raiser will be held at Sake Bistro & Lounge in Valencia, CA.  Carnival games, live entertainment, music and dancing will surely bring out the kid in all the attendees.
“All children around the world should have a chance to experience “fun” and Wham-O Has Heart™ wants to make sure this happens,” said Kyle Aguilar, CEO of Wham-O.
“Sake Bistro is proud to be a small part of helping Wham-O Has Heart™ bring much needed awareness, help and a little “fun and sunshine” to the hearts and lives of the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan,” noted Mark Oliver, owner of Sake Bistro.
