Summer has never been more rockin’! Santa Clarita’s annual Rockin’ Summer Nights concert series was back this year at the Valencia Town Center. Everyone, from youngsters to grandmas, got their groove on with family and friends to the sound of spectacular music from the past 40 years. The fabulous acts to already hit the stage have included the dueling piano duo Tom Bagley and Scott Doyle in Blazing Pianos of California, the King of Rock n’ Roll himself Frankie Castro, the always groovy Disco Kings, and the 80’s flashback band Platinum Groove.
Concerts are completely free to the public and seating is provided. Participants also enjoy delicious “to go” table service by Westfield’s great restaurants, as well as free gifts and raffle prizes from various local retailers. The concert series will end on August 2 with a performance by the Fantastic Diamond, who will take the audience through a musical journey of Neil Diamond’s greatest hits.
