Mixers hosts a Sunday Brunch! Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We serve up a unique blend of breakfast favorites. Now, the idea of a breakfast menu only one day a week can make some people a bit skeptical, but I am here to say, if I knew our brunch was going to turn out so phenomenal, I might have considered opening a breakfast joint instead. Call it “Scramblers” instead of “Mixers”!
As far as brunch goes, we are going up against some heavy hitters! We must pay respect to our good friends over at the Egg Plantation, they have been a staple in the community for many years. They would be hard to compete with, so instead we decided to go a different route and do what we do best; remix and recreate the classics! A perfect example would be our Rissoto Frittata – made with a creamy risotto, mixed with eggs, onions, black mission figs, proscuitto and aged goat cheese, baked until golden brown and dressed with a herb crème fraiche. Amazing! It’s the only thing that gets me out of bed on a Sunday morning! Another major hit is the Stuffed French Toast Sandwich- seared brioche stuffed with a strawberry cheesecake filling and topped with a vanilla Chantilly cream. This is one of life’s true guilty pleasures.
Getting back to the actual title of this article… Endless Mimosas! We challenge you to find the bottom of your glass! Our Mimosa is a blend of fresh squeezed Valencia orange juice and a premium sparkling moscato; the perfect start to any Sunday. If you’re more of a Bloody Mary fan, we welcome you to try one of our six specialty Marys! The two most popular are our Italian Mary- a heavy pour of Absolut Citron Vodka, basil leaves and crushed garlic, added to our traditional Mary. This rich and savory cocktail is guaranteed to cure any hangover! For our adventurous individuals, we suggest the spicy mary- crank up the heat by infusing our own house made pepper vodka with a muddling of fresh jalapenos and a healthy dose of pickapeppa hot sauce!
