Louise Castaldo and Chris Davis have over 10 years of experience operating, managing and marketing successful restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the greater Los Angeles area, specializing in high end event production and even hosting events for high profile clients such as Victoria Secret, Tiffany’s, MTV and Warner Bros, spending the last few years organizing and planning high end parties and corporate mixers with first class service, gourmet cuisine and A list entertainment. “MIXERS is meant to be an eclectic blend of radical concepts built, tested, tweaked and refined over the past decade,” states Louise and Chris. “Along with the help of MIXERS elite staff, we have truly molded the embodiment of our trade and life dream.”
MIXERS offers a blend of unique gourmet menu options at very reasonable prices. “Our philosophy is to recreate traditional dishes by breaking them down and rebuilding their flavor profile with exciting new and exotic ingredients. Each dish is presented in a tapas/family style, making it possible for everyone to enjoy!”
The ambiance, cuisine and entertainment is nothing short of perfection, as is their customer service. “The menu is extensive, from 40 craft beers to a list of over 80 unique wines, dozens of specialty cocktails and an endless inventory of exotic culinary ingredients,” states Louise and Chris. “With this much specific information, our staff must be well educated to properly guide each of our guests through their MIXERS experience.”
