To the delight of aspiring engineers and their grown-ups throughout Southern California, classic storybook friend Thomas the Tank Engine in chugging back into Fillmore, April 20, 21, 22 and April 27, 28 and 29. This family event offers fans the unique opportunity to take a ride with Thomas the Tank™ and participate in all the day’s festivities.
Day Out With Thomas engineers miles of smiles for the whole family through a variety of Thomas & Friends™ entertainment. Interactive children’s activities include Thomas & Friends storytelling and video viewing, temporary tattoos, an imagination station with arts and crafts, coloring, puzzle play, and jolly jumps. Additionally, Day Out With Thomas offers photo opportunities with Thomas the Tank Engine™ and Sir Topham Hatt, and many other kid-friendly activities. In the middle of all the activities is a large merchandise tent that features all items related to Thomas and his Friends. There will also be a variety of food vendors.
25-minute train rides with Thomas the Tank Engine will depart every 50 minutes, rain or shine, between 9:50 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Thomas & Friends entertainment is open from 9:00am to 5 p.m.
Day Out With Thomas™ is often a sellout and tickets are date and time specific, so advanced ticket purchase is highly recommended. General admission tickets are $18 for ages one and up. The ticket includes not only the 25-minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, but also admission to all of the other Thomas & Friends entertainment.
