On Thursday, August 23, guests gathered for One August Night, A Special Wine Event at Salt Creek Grille in Valencia. Guests joined Talley Vineyards winemaker, Eric Johnson, in a tasting of select wines from their collection. The evening, hosted by Carl and Terry Kanowsky, benefitted the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley.
The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley serves more than 2,700 youth, ages seven to 17, at facilities in Newhall, Canyon Country and Val Verde. Programs engage members in education and career exploration, the arts, sports, recreation and fitness, character and leadership development, and healthy life choices.
