Hello Comedy Friends!
It is that time of year again. The decorations are going up already. People are ready to start re-gifting. We have one friend who gives us stuff we have given to her. One year she actually gave me a book that I had loaned her a couple of years before. That’s cheap!
This is one of my favorite seasons for comedy. Think about having your Holiday Party with us. We can seat 95 people with great food and hilarious comedy.
We start off the month of November with Bernadette Pauley, who is one of the funniest people you will see. Her sardonic description of her husband always makes my wife laugh. I think she applies the jokes to me. She will be with us November 3 and 4.
On November 9 and 10 we have Ron Kenney, who has performed over 5,000 shows in Las Vegas. Also on the bill is Jackie Fabulous, making her first appearance at J.R.’s.
Then on November 16 we have a fundraiser for The Brittney Foundation. Please come in that night and help a homeless dog, and have a lot of fun to boot. Headlining both November 16 and 17, we have John DiResta, who had his own sitcom, has been on The Tonight Show, and has starred with Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality.
Thanksgiving week we have Lenny Schmidt, one of the fastest rising comics in the country. He will be performing November 23 and 24.
Finally on November 30 and December 1 we have Don Friesen, who’s one hour Showtime Special is in hot rotation all this month. Don’t miss these shows.
