Every year Salon Glo chooses a cause to support in honor of bringing awareness to causes for a cure. The past three years, they have supported an organization called Locks of Love, which is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
This year they chose to raise money for the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center and bring awareness of breast cancer. Each stylist donated eight hours of their time to provide Kerastase treatments as well as a blow dry/style for $75. Salon Glo owner Dan Csicsai said, “As a salon owner I am very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff, that works as a team.”
