Many of us love the convenience and quality of Trader Joe’s and it has become our “go-to” store whenever you need something special, quick and easy and/or healthy for a fair price. Ma Maison hosts many of our parties using the offerings from Trader Joe’s, so when we came across the I Love Trader Joe’s Cookbook, we ate it up! We have carried this cookbook for many years now and not only are the more than 150 delicious recipes good for special events and entertaining, they’re great for every day, too!
The author of this clever cookbook, Chez Cherie is a Los Angeles local and has expanded her culinary writings into two more Trader Joe’s features: Party and International themed books. These cookbooks are a cheerful, accessible resource for parents trying to get a decent, affordable dinner on the table, as well as overworked single people and college students. The author’s enthusiasm becomes infectious, and, most importantly, her recipes are terrific uses of everything you can grab at Trader Joe’s.
Chez Cherie, the author of the I Love Trader Joe’s Cookbooks has graciously agreed to do a book signing at Ma Maison on Saturday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Of course, we will be selling the books onsite and you can meet the woman behind the books. Each copy is only $17.95, so this will present a great opportunity to stack up on unique gifts for anyone who loves Trader Joe’s.
Save the date and remember your favorite gift and decor boutique, Ma Maison, will continue to bring unique offerings to the Santa Clarita Valley from our new location in Newhall on Main Street. We are located at 24261 ½ Main Street in Newhall across the street from the live theaters and do offer parking in the rear of our store. Our hours remain the same. We are conveniently open everyday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
