The other day I was at the mall walking aimlessly, like I always do when I go there. I really enjoy going in shops and just browsing. Now a lot of you might be thinking that the mall could be a great place to meet someone. I am sure it is true for some, but I have never had any such luck there, until now.
This is pretty amazing even for me. As I was doing my walking cardio through the mall, I decided to take a break by the fountain. It can be pretty entertaining to watch all the different people walk by. By this time though I was ready for a coffee drink, and would you believe it, there is a Starbucks 10 feet away. I go in, and of course there is a long line. While I am waiting patiently in line, I feel a soft tap on my shoulder. I turn around and see a very nice looking lady. She says, “Pardon me, but do you work out?” Well I inhaled deeply to throw out my chest, and said, “Yes I do.” Then she told me her name, and proceeded to tell me a long story. Which worked out fine since we were waiting in a long line. She was telling me how she had broken up with her boyfriend, and had to move right away. So what does this have to do with me, you ask? She had asked a few of her friends, but no one was available, so she was hoping that I could help. Well of course I said I would. When I finally ordered my drink, she would not let me pay. She said it was the least she could do. I followed her home, and of course there was a lot to move. It took five trips in both our vehicles to get it done, and I was exhausted. She was so thankful, and tried to pay me, but I would not accept it. She asked if I was hungry, which of course I was, and said she was taking me to dinner. We ended up going to a very nice restaurant, and had a really good time, even though we were both so tired from a long day of moving. After dinner we walked to her car, and she turned to me and gave me one of the best kisses I ever had. She gave me her number and said she would love to go out with me. We are going out this weekend.
