Lian’s Sweet Shoppe was founded in 2012 by Lian Larracas-Andrade De La Torre, after much training on her own in the art of French Macarons. Lian studied these delicate pastries and began to make them herself.
They were so well received by those who tried them, that Lian began to make these gourmet desserts to sell! Lian makes many different flavors, including coconut, earl grey tea, mocha, almond, green tea, chocolate, strawberry, caramel, and much more! Previously Liansss Macarons were available through private catering and events, but now they will be able to see and taste the sumptuousness of Liansss Macarons for yourself at the Westfield Valencia Mall.
Macarons were known in history for having a taste so good it is rumored Catherine de Medici of Italy would only marry King Henry II of France if she could bring her Italian pastry chefs to France.
