This holiday season, I will not be writing about real estate strategy or tips. I will take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the many blessings that I have received.
1. I am grateful to work alongside with exceptional colleagues. The Santa Clarita Valley is home to some of the finest realtors in the nation, and it is an absolute pleasure to work together to serve our clients.
2. I am grateful to be surrounded by outstanding affiliates including escrow, title, termite, home inspectors and lenders. These professionals include Newhall Escrow (love Steve Corn), Glen Oaks Escrow (Linda Overton rocks), Federal Escrow (amazing Jackie Benton), First American Title (Gene Bleecker, the “king” of networking), Nordhagen & Daughters (would not want to be a bug around Cal!), Charlie Dragna (outstanding home inspector)… and the lenders: Tyler Kostjuk from Pacific Financial, Mike Meena from Augusta Financial, Rebecca Fu from Westwood Capital, Keith and Jason Renno of Surety Financial, John Yang from Wells Fargo (actually many from Wells Fargo). I would never worry when I see a preapproval from one of these fine lenders!
3. I am grateful to have phenomenal agents in my office! I am truly surrounded by character and integrity on a daily basis (including my assistant Randi Sanders).
4. I am grateful to be able to work in an industry that changes lives! I would not choose another career in the world!
5. I am grateful to be thriving in a career that I love!
6. I am grateful for my friends… friends are truly are the family that we chose.
7. I am grateful for my daughter’s phenomenal Girl Scout Leaders, Michele Krantz and Karen Postelwait… you ladies have the patience of saints!
8. I am grateful that my 20 year-old Shih Tzu Molly is still healthy and happy!
9. I am grateful to live in a country as great as America! Although, I may not agree with someone’s politics, thank goodness we live in a country that is open to debate and free speech.
10. I am grateful for my family. My mother has taught me kindness and humor. My brother has taught me strength and compassion. My husband has given me the greatest blessing of all…
11. I am most grateful for my daughter Amanda. My daughter is my universe. I have been blessed with a bright, compassionate, funny and beautiful daughter. Looking at her, I am hopeful for the future.
