“We strive to build a charitable contributions program that positions the Union Bank Foundation as an innovator of partnerships and a grant-maker intent on helping to create and sustain healthy communities. We believe that the Union Bank Foundation can achieve the greatest impact on the health of communities by targeting organizations such as WiSH,” said Oscar A. Dominguez,

Vice President, Manager, Union Bank
The Wm. S. Hart Education Foundation is dedicated to quality public education for all students. Through the generosity of our caring community and corporate partners, we fund programs and initiatives that go beyond what tax dollars provide and help elevate and prepare our students for life.
WiSH is the official private-fundraising organization for the support of the William S. Hart Union High School District’s educational programs. Our purview covers the 23,000 students of the district. Founded in late 2011, we raised funds in 2012 for performing arts, athletics, special education and gave nearly $50,000 to the schools in science equipment requested by each school.  This year we are pleased to be raising funds for Literacy Programs, as well.  For more information, please visit www.WiSHscv.org or contact Amy Daniels, Executive Director, at wish@hartdistrict.org.
The Union Bank Foundation, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, serves as an agent for charitable contributions made by Union Bank. Established in 1953, the foundation has, throughout its history, supported the bank’s commitment to help meet the needs of the communities it serves.
