Owner Nanci Olmos has taken classes all over the country and is eager to pass her passion and extensive knowledge on to others. Having owned and operated Clarice’s Cake & Candy Supplies for over 26 years, Nanci continues to share her passion with others. You can learn techniques like airbrushing, sculpting, and Royal Icing flowers. Classes take place on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday nights, and each course is five weeks long. Classes are also offered all year long so you always have the opportunity to learn. Throughout the years, Nanci’s classes have grown in size that just last year, they expanded their classroom and now can hold as many as 20 students! Their motto is simple, “We Bake With Love.”
The community loves Clarice’s and it’s no surprise why. Nanci loves sharing her craft with others and believes in giving back to the community, as they have actively been a part of many of the events around town.
Clarice’s Cake and Candy Supplies is filled with an educated and friendly staff that will always help you make your baking dreams a reality. Clarice’s is also the perfect place to throw a party for any occasion, including birthday, youth groups, moms night out, couples night out and more. They are located at 22936 Lyons Avenue in Newhall. Clarice’s Cake and Candy Supplies is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
