While Korean cuisine has evolved throughout the centuries, its cuisine is still largely based upon rice, vegetables and meats.  Traditional meals include sweet, sour, bitter, hot and salty tastes and have numerous side dishes.  The reason why Korean food is spreading widely is due to it’s healthy ingredients and good combination of marination.
For a great spot to sample some of the finest Korean Grill, be sure and stop at ZingGa Korean Grill, now open in Canyon Country.

Owner Brad Song is excited to bring ZingGa Grill to the Santa Clarita Valley.  From his extensive experience in the kitchen, he is pleased to bring his love for Korean cuisine with the opening of ZingGa Korean Grill.
At ZingGa, you can order up one of their delicious Bulgogi entrees, including chicken breast, chicken wings (grilled or fried) pork belly, Korean meatloaf, beef loin, tofu and more.  Bulgogi is a Korean dish of thin meat slices, marinated and grilled to perfection on the barbecue.  Choose your level of spiciness from Original to Spicy 3, and serve it up with steamed rice or French bread, Tamago egg, deep fried green beans and salad.
Some delicious house specialties you won’t want to miss out on are the Beef or Spicy Pork Bulgogi Tacos (a definite must have); Beef, Pork or Chicken Bibimbap (a signature Korean dish), with rice, assorted vegetables and tamago or a mouthwatering Soboro Bowl.  Of course, any meal wouldn’t be complete without a perfectly seasoned Spicy Tofu Soup or Egg Drop Soup to compliment your dish.  Sides include Kimchi, White or Brown Rice, Spicy Salad, Fried Green Bean Salad, or Mattang-Honey Sweet Potato Fries.  There is also a kid’s menu for the children.
Food is prepared each day and grilled to perfection.  Brad and his staff take pride in fresh quality food that is not only pleasing to the eye but also to the taste buds.  ZingGa Korean Grill is located at 26910 Sierra Highway, D-6 (next to Stater Brother’s)  in Canyon Country.  They are open daily 11am-9pm, including weekends.
