At Liquid Volume, expect nothing short of perfection as Al, also Executive Chef, strives to focus on food prepared with fresh ingredients on a daily basis. “Our menu is designed to create a sharing and communal experience for our guests,” states Al. “We want to focus on small plate dining and a variety of cuisine.” He continues, “We take familiar dishes and put our own flare on them, using global spices. The most popular dish is the Korean BBQ Beef Cheesesteak. Signature entrees include Cajun rubbed ribeye, Miso-glazed Salmon, Mushroom Risotto. “We also feature an array of small plate or Tapas style dining, such as BBQ Shrimp, Brussels Sprouts, 7 cheese Macaroni, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms.” Enjoy a drink or two with one of Liquid Volume’s signature cocktails, craft beer or wine.
