Welcome to the Santa Clarita Adult Day Health Care Center! The only state-licensed adult day care program in Santa Clarita, designed to provide independence, joy and wellness to adults of all ages who have physical or cognitive impairments; including the frail elderly, and those in the early to moderate stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
