  In fact, some of their groupies, Santa Clarita residents, Chris Prouty and Jenni Cardarelli, who have been regulars for the last two years, made Min Hahn, owner of Rustic Eatery and Rustic Burger, a business offer.  “We would come to eat after workouts, sit at the counter and wonder how nice it would be to own this place…we could not get enough of it.  Turns out we were at the right place at the right time and asked the right question,” stated Chris. As of July 1, Chris became the new owner of Fish Tail.  “We love Fish Tail, and we love everything about it.  All of the fresh and unique ingredients along with the amount of preparation that goes into the making of a dish is what makes it so special.”  Chris continues, “We will preserve what Min has started.  Same staff, same recipes, just new love being poured into it.”  Chris also indicates that he and Min have plans for future partnerships.

Especially known for their Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, other specialties at Fish Tail include Fish Tacos, Shrimp & Chips, Salmon Bowl and possibly town favorite, their Fish & Chips.  Fish Tail also serves an abundance of other fish including Salmon, Chilean Seabass, Yellowtail, Halibut, Mahi Mahi among others.  Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your home or office as Fish Tail offers a to go option as well.  With a 24 hour notice, you can also take filets of their assorted selection straight from the restaurant’s fish purveyor.
 Fish Tail receives fresh fish six days a week.  Fish Tail also has a few items for the non-fish lover – their new BBQ Beef Bowl is a hit as is their Teriyaki Chicken and Korean Short Ribs.
