Local Authors Katie Jennings and A. R. Meyering held an event and raffle at the Open Book on Saturday, September 13. This celebration featured their novels, Jennings’ When Empires Fall and Meyering’s The Angel of Elydria.
They were honored to connect with long-time lovers of their novels and as well as excited newcomers. Cake, tea, and cookies were served among the autumn-themed displays and it made for a night of lively conversation and fun.
Next month, the author duo will return to the Open Book for a Halloween Event that will headline Meyering and Jennings’ horror novels So Fell the Sparrow and Unreal City. Also available that day will be the brand-new horror anthology In Creeps the Night that features short stories by both Jennings and Meyering.
