Association of Publishers for Special Sales (APSS) is a national organization, the only organization that’s devoted to helping its members sell their books to non-traditional buyers. On Tuesday, April 21, APSS of Santa Clarita held it’s first meeting at the Valencia Library.
The Santa Clarita Chapter was founded to give APSS members the means to meet locally and have the benefits of membership in a national organization. The Santa Clarita Chapter is one of the first local chapters of this national organization. The president of the Santa Clarita Chapter is Willa Robinson, publisher of Knowledge Power Books located in Santa Clarita. “I’m so excited we’re bringing APSS to Santa Clarita. The idea of having local access to special sales marketing tools and professional speakers to help local authors/publishers grow their business is outstanding. It’s a dream being fulfilled,” says, Willa Robinson.
