This Month, Hear Again, Be Happy and Support a Good Cause
I’ve been doing business in Santa Clarita Valley for about 30 years, and in that time I’ve seen the power of giving back and how it benefits the community. From its close-knit, small-town feel to its vibrant network of nonprofit organizations, the SCV is a caring community of people who look out for one another.
This is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I set aside October to take an extra step in supporting organizations committed to a cure. I’m doing this as part of my work to help those dealing with hearing loss to have healthy hearing and lead happier lives.
For the entire month, I’m donating a portion of the proceeds of every hearing aid sold at Advanced Audiology to Circle of Hope, a shining star in our community, raising support and providing education and resources for those affected by cancer. All donations they receive stay completely in the SCV. You can learn more by visiting www.CircleOfHopeInc.org.
The work done by organizations such as Circle of Hope holds significance for me. As a survivor of breast cancer, I know how vital it is to have the support of one’s community. It makes a world of difference when facing the heavy challenges cancer brings.
You can help make a difference. If you or someone you know is dealing with hearing loss, I encourage you to schedule a free screening with Advanced Audiology to pinpoint and diagnose any problems, and develop a roadmap for healthy hearing. There’s a reason our slogan is “We love to help you hear.” It’s rewarding to see the changes in someone’s life when they have healthier hearing, from improved mood and social interaction to reduced risk of other physical problems.
The work we’re doing is making a difference one person at a time, and this month every hearing aid sold will make a difference for those helping people waging war with cancer. If you’ve been on the fence about investing in a hearing aid, October can be the month you make a positive change for your life and help make a difference in the lives of others.
