Celebrity Sightings – SCV spies celeb athletes and agents – Nov 2015

Spotted: Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs was seen mingling with Santa Clarita resident Sue Nevius. Recent reports suggest they may have even taken a selfie for The Magazine of Santa Clarita! Sue Nevius recently spotted Mark Harmon, the famous NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs from the the 13-season CBS series. Harmon is best known for his role in NCIS but has played a variety of roles since the mid-70s. Originally from Burbank, Harmon has appeared in Freaky Friday, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and Chicago Hope.
However, it doesn’t take a special agent to find more celebrities in the SCV these days.  Several professional athletic trainers and athletes were seen training and working out at the new Fitness Edge Sports Performance owned by David Estham.  Trainers and players include: Saul Salama, a former Los Angeles Kings trainer; Sena Acolatse, a professional American ice hockey player with the Florida Panthers; Shane Harper, a Valencia native who plays for the Florida Panthers, as well; and Kevan Miller, a former Canyon High School student and current professional ice hockey defenseman for the Boston Bruins.
Eastham recently opened the doors to his new gym.  With all new equipment and a whole new edge on training, David is planning to provide a competitive yet motivating environment for those who are striving to find their inner athlete.
The SCV seems to be crawling with celebs as fall cools down the valley, so keep your phones ready for a quick photo. You never know who you’ll find!
