Circle of Hope Serves Up Cancer Support at Afternoon Tea
More than 200 guests showed up to support this year’s Afternoon Tea, benefitting Circle of hope, Inc., at Robinson Ranch Golf Club on October 10. This year’s theme was “Moments in Time,” commemorating those special days, eras, events, and pop cultural happenings that draw thoughts toward time. Guest speaker Dr. Susan Downey garnered the crowd’s attention with her enlightening and sobering exposé on breast reconstructive surgery. Longtime supporter and this year’s Title Sponsor Nola Aronson presented a check for $2,500 from her Advanced Audiology group, which included the sponsorship of her “Doggie in the Window” themed tea table. Representatives from Presenting Sponsor Brighton Collectibles displayed and took orders for their “2015 Power of Pink” bracelets and accessories, a portion of which will result in a donation to Circle of Hope.
