Kid Expo Brings Fun to the Whole Family
Child & Family Center Foundation held its annual Kid Expo on Sunday, October 18 at Golden Valley High School, inviting children and their families to participate in a day of fun. Games and exhibitions were on display from local non-profits and businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley. This year the event offered more than 100 exhibitors including a miniature pony, dance teams, and martial arts demonstrations from various martial arts studios. In addition, there were fun games, arts and crafts, music, a photo booth, and entertainment.
Kid Expo gives families the opportunity to spend the day together, discovering different activities available in Santa Clarita while supporting a vital non-profit. Child & Family Center provides mental health services for children suffering from emotional of behavior problems.
“Kid Expo is such high energy, and it’s always fun to see children and parents having a great time together,” said Cheryl Jones, Vice President of Child & Family Center Foundation.
