New Bakery Fills Allergy Needs and Tummies Madison Rose Bakery offers gourmet gluten-free treats
Inspired by a love for sweet treats and her family’s inability to tolerate their ingredients, Kerry-Ann Miranda decided to take batters into her own hands – she started Madison Rose Bakery, a specialty bakery that is wheat-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. After her husband and five children had been suffering with multiple food allergies, she decided to create something they would love and enjoy eating, and the rest is history!
“We are dedicated to providing delicious and beautiful gluten-free, dairy-free treats,” Kerry-Ann said. “No one should have to eat tasteless or grainy baked goods. You might not believe it’s gluten-free, but your tummy sure will!”
When she envisioned her business, Kerry-Ann made the choice to serve the community as an e-commerce bakery rather than the traditional storefront. She wanted to be able to keep the cost down and pass the savings to her customers.
“By doing this, we are able to offer only the freshest baked goods that are never made until you order them,” said Kerry-Ann.
While this type of baked good may be relatively new to the Santa Clarita community, Kerry-Ann has been practicing her skills for quite some time, carefully testing and perfecting each recipe.
“We hope you’ll give us a try and see for yourself that we are just as good, if not better than, the competition,” Kerry-Ann said.
From mini cakes to dairy-free macaroons to vegan vanilla rosette cakes, you can’t help but indulge in Madison Rose Bakery sweets. Other Madison Rose specialties include vegan treats and protein-packed snacks for the fitness industry, which are excellent for post-workout treats!
Currently Madison Rose Bakery sells baked goods at Olive Terrace Grill and Restaurant, as well as the Coffee Kiosk locations all over Santa Clarita. They are looking to add more dedicated locations that want to offer gluten-free, dairy-free treats to the community. If you happen to have a favorite restaurant that you would like to see carry Madison Rose’s delicious treats, please let them know! Madison Rose Bakery also is offering a 10 percent discount if you mention The Magazine of Santa Clarita, as well!
Dedicated and passionate, Kerry-Ann is ready to serve her community by providing healthy gluten-free, dairy-free treats for the Santa Clarita Valley!
“The best kind of happiness is when you’re happy because you’ve made somebody else happy,” she said.
