 The City of Santa Clarita offers a number of apps that can help you master local transportation, navigate our extensive bike trails and more.  Fast, accessible information is just a few clicks away with these tech-savvy solutions.  Here’s a breakdown of the apps you might find useful.  Download these free apps in the Apple App Store or Google Play today!
• An awesome app for citizen convenience, the Newhall Walking Tour gives users historical information about the Newhall area, including film locations.  This app is perfect for family fun or out-of-town visitors.
• The eService allows users to report graffiti, potholes and other issues, as well as view local news straight from the City of Santa Clarita.
• The Santa Clarita Transit Department also has an app to allow users to find the nearest bus stop to their current location.  The app includes ETAs for bus times and access to bus schedules.
• Hike Santa Clarita is another app that allows nature buffs to find all the hiking trails and open spaces in the SCV.  Live trail maps and images are available.
• Several Santa Clarita Public Library apps are available with access from your library card, including: SCPL, Flipster Digital Magazines, Overdrive, Freegal, Freading, ReferenceUSA, EBSCOhost, and AML.  Each offers a different use, such as databases, eBooks, music downloads, audiobooks and book renewal.
