Hello to the New Legacy – Big Jims Ignition Fitness

 Almost four years ago, I started my journey to infect our valley with the “Joy of Achievements”.  In that journey, I built Big Jims Ignition Fitness to help people achieve all goals from reasonable to incredible! For the last four years, I’ve ran Ignition Fitness out of Big John McCarthy’s Ultimate Training Academy whom will be closing their business to move on to other endeavors. For a decade it was fitness center for the whole family.
To all the families I know and to the families I do not yet know; I have opened a fitness center for all levels where, we treat you like family and get the very, very best out of you!
In my own family, we have a 11-year old national snowboarding champion, a highly active teenager with severe scoliosis, a formerly obese man who became a California state champion mma fighter, a senior with a replaced hip that can climb a rope, and a super active, super mom who’s had corrective back surgery and is in phenomenal shape.  When I say we cater to all levels, I mean it!
What a journey it has been and what a journey it will continue to be!  I’ve seen kids grow into scholarship athletes.  I’ve helped too hundreds of adults get in really great shape and maintain it! Just this morning I had a 63 year-old man invert himself on the Olympic rings and he was awesome!   This afternoon, I will teach grade school age boys and girls how to throw punch, kick and listen.  This evening, I will focus on building muscle with one group and fat burning with another.  And achievement is what we’re all about at Big Jims Ignition Fitness!
I invite you and your children (toddlers to teenagers), your neighbors, your parents the hardcore and the not so sure to come give us a visit at Big Jims new home of Ignition Fitness.  Let me personally evaluate you, discuss goals, deadlines, and a game plan.  Regardless of your age, gender or fitness level, I will treat you like family and help your goals become your achievements!
